Lula Al Diyar in Yanbu

The project is a housing complex consisting of 1182 villas. Project is located in Yanbu area. ALRASHID ABETONG produced and erected a total of 1182 villas, precast villas are built of insulated Load-Bearing external walls, solid Load-Bearing walls, Parapets, Hollow Core Slabs, stairs, beams and Boundary walls. All external facades are made in grey concrete and have been painted on site.
