791 Precast Villas for Ma’aden Employees in Jubail The project began in 2013 with a scheduled duration of 14 months. All exterior façades were made of pigmented and sandblasted concrete, with some elements featuring three different colors in a single component. The precast villas were constructed using: Insulated load-bearing exterior walls Solid load-bearing interior walls Partitions Hollow-core slabs Staircases Beams Boundary walls Thanks to the pigmented and sandblasted finish, there will be no future maintenance costs for the façades.
