Rashid Apartment Towers

Housing project for university staff, main contractor RTCC started the project in mid-2009 and the precast work started by ALRASHID ABETONG in 2010. The planned construction time for precast work was 14 months, the work went well, and we delivered 24 apartment buildings and 375 villas on time. All buildings are designed from precast concrete, consisting of exterior load-bearing walls, internal load-bearing walls, hollow core slabs, solid slabs, and stairs. The facade surface is made of sandblasted pigmented concrete, which saved time and money on the project as no scaffolding was needed for its construction and future maintenance costs were zero in principle.
