GOSI Residential Complex - Jubail
Gosi residential housing in Jubail consists of 135 4-bedroom villas, implemented in 2012. All villas including boundary walls are manufactured in full precast concrete by ALRASHID-ABETONG COMPANY. The beige and brown facades are made of pigmented sandblasted concrete. The precast villas are built of insulated load-bearing exterior walls, load-bearing solid walls, parapets, hollow core slabs, stairs, beams, and boundary walls.
