GOSI RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

GOSI Residential Complex The GOSI Residential Complex in Jubail consists of 135 villas, each with 4 bedrooms, and was completed in 2012. All the villas, including the boundary walls, are fully constructed using precast concrete by Al Rashid-ABETONG. The facades are in beige and brown colors and are made from sandblasted pigmented concrete. The precast villas are built with insulated load-bearing exterior walls, solid load-bearing walls, parapets, hollow core slabs, stairs, beams, and boundary walls.
