791 precast villas for Maaden employees in Jubail, the project started in 2013 and the schedule was 14 months. All exterior facades are made of pigmented sandblasted concrete, some elements have 3 different colors in each element. The precast villas are built of insulated load-bearing exterior walls, solid load-bearing walls, parapets, hollow core slabs, stairs, beams, and boundary walls. By choosing a pigmented sandblasting finish, there will be no future maintenance cost for the facades.
