PNU Housing - Riyadh

The staff housing project for the famous female university in Riyadh, we, ALRASHID ABETONG COMPANY, started our work with four hundred villas in 2010, and the schedule for our precast work was 10 months, and it was implemented at an average rate of 3 villas per day. All villas are designed in full precast, consisting of exterior load-bearing walls, interior load-bearing walls, hollow core slabs, solid slabs, and stairs. Many assorted colors of the facade surfaces are made of pigmented and sandblasted concrete. By choosing this type of surface treatment, no future maintenance is needed which saves a lot of money in the long term.
