SABIC Housing in Jubail

The project is a housing complex consisting of 2,400 villas and other facilities. The project is in Jubail area. ALRASHID-ABETONG COMPANY has produced and erected a total of 1,050 villas and 12 mosques, the precast villas are built of insulated load-bearing exterior walls, solid load-bearing walls, parapets, hollow core slabs, stairs, beams, and boundary walls. All exterior facades are made in pigmented sandblasted concrete.
